Responsibilities - your mission

 

To better address today’s and future digital threats, Airbus is improving the digital security of all its assets worldwide, by implementing a new global organizational model for digital security. In this context, you will have the great opportunity to work within the Airbus Corporate Digital Security Office, in charge of driving and enabling the implementation of the Corporate Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)’s cybersecurity strategic vision.

 

In this position, you will report to the Head of Digital Security Office. Your mission will be to reinforce the Airbus worldwide digital security posture by supporting the roll out of the monthly Digital Security Teams (DST) validation & review committee for IT projects on cybersecurity aspects, amongst other interventions to various other related governance instances. 

 

1. You will support the roll out and preparation for:

 

1.A. Digital Security Teams (DST) validation & review committee, chaired by the Head of Corporate Digital Security & Airbus Corporate Chief Information Security Officer (CISO; siglum: Ho VC)

  • Monthly organization of DST meetings (yearly planning, inviting DST members, …)

  • Defining the agenda in collaboration with DST permanent members. Including the management of the agenda backlog (topics candidates for future DST sessions) and the agenda history (record of presented projects during previous DST sessions)

  • Alignment with stakeholders (planning one slot per topic, set-up of preparation meetings / dry run before participation in actual DST, determining the objective of the presentation) 

  • Preparing and coordinating the meeting presentations, dossiers, speeches, with the support of the permanent members and the DST Moderator

  • Animation of DST sessions lasting 1 day and ½ (MoM, timekeeper) & action tracker follow-up

  • Managing the logistics (such as meeting room reservation, catering, etc.);

  • Ensuring the recording, validation and distribution of Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and actions; 

  • Recording decision in MoM and Security Decisions Form (when applicable) and publishing them on ECM;

  • Monitoring and following-up key actions, milestones, interdependencies and pending issues; 

  • Ensuring collect, storage and access to DST presentations material

 

1.B. Other CISO presentations in governance instances such as the Corporate Security Council (CSC), the IM Security Body (IMSB), the IM Leadership Team (IMLT) & Airbus Cybersecurity Ambitions Committee (ACAC):

  • Preparation of ad-hoc meetings (agenda coordination, input consolidation for presentation & alignment with stakeholders)

 

2. You will support the Head of the Corporate Digital Security Office (otherwise known as the CISO’s office; siglum: Ho VCO)

  • Monthly reporting on DST outcome to the Corporate Digital Security Teams during the VC All Teams Information Cascade meetings

  • Regular reporting on DST key figures and alignment with existing initiatives (CISO Dashboard and Security Dashboard).

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

 

Knowledge

  • Information Security and/or Information Technologies basics

  • English: Excellent communication

  • French, German and/or Spanish is a plus

 

Experience

  • +3 year of experience in project management

  • +2 year of experience in cybersecurity, IT or digital environments

  • Aerospace and Defense background is a plus.

 

Leadership skills

  • Strong project & stakeholder management skills and experience

  • Experience in working remotely with players from different background and nationality and in managing teams in hybrid working model (remote and onsite)

  • Sharp communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical approach, resourceful and strong problem solving skills

 

Technical skills

  • IT project management, processes, method and tools

  • Data analytics (KPI design & management)
